All cars and tracks
At the main menu, press Right(2), Left, Square, Up, L2(2), R1 to unlock all cars and tracks. -From: BagBoy165@aol.com and skyr15@woh.rr.com
Bonus cars
Unlock all of the other cars in the game. Select the San Francisco Drag Race and use the Dodge Concept Viper to set a new time record. Then, enter "SOUNDMAX" as a name at the high score screen. The Jaguar XK-R "SoundMAX SPX", Jaguar XK-R "Analog Devices", and the Aston Martin DB7 "SoundMAX SPX" will be unlocked in all modes except for story mode.
G4 TV car
Select the San Francisco Drag Race and set a new time record. Then, enter "KQXYKGVY" as a name at the high score screen to unlock the G4 TV Viper.
Alternate replay views
During a replay, press Select to change the camera effects.
Ending bonuses
Win all races in story mode for San Francisco to unlock the San Francisco tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Chevrolet Corvette L-88, Jaguar XK-R, Lotus Espirit V8, and Lotus Elise.
Dodge Viper GTS
Win the track 27 race in story mode to unlock the Dodge Viper GTS.
Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept
Defeat Clark in all races to unlock the Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept. Alternately, win the track 45 race in story mode.
Ford GT
Defeat Vasily in all races to unlock the Ford GT.
Ford Mustang
Win the track 7 race in story mode to unlock the Ford Mustang.
Jaguar XJ220
Win the track 33 race in story mode to unloc the Jaguar XJ220.
Reeses Chevrolet Camaro
Win the track 9 race in story mode to unlock the Reeses Chevrolet Camaro.
Shelby Cobra 427 SC
Win the track 5 race in story mode to unlock the Shelby Cobra 427 SC.
Skeeter's Chevrolet Chevelle
Win the track 26 race in story mode to unlock Skeeter's Chevrolet Chevelle.
Pong mini-game
Use the D-pad to play the Pong mini-game while the game is loading.
Retry in Pong mini-game
If you play the Pong loading game long enough and are losing, just let the CPU player win until the score gets to about 10, then both scores will be reset to zero.
Smoke show
Take any powerful car with a manual transmission and drive in reverse until you are near the red zone. Then, drive forward. It should start burning. Use the handbrake and it will not stop screaming. For the smoke show itself, brake after the hand brake. Hold both buttons until you stop and your car will not stop spinning.
