Welcome to the cheats for International Superstar Soccer '98 for the Nintendo 64. Below are the cheats.
Bonus teams
When "Press Start" flashes on the title screen, press Up, C-Up, Up, C-Up, Down, C-Down, Down, C-Down, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, B, A. Then hold Z and press Start. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Now five bonus teams may be selected: Euro Stars A, Euro Stars B, African Stars, Asian Stars, All American Stars. Alternatively, win the league championship at a difficulty setting of 4 or higher. Then, play and defeat the World Stars team.
World Stars team
When "Press Start" flashes on the title screen, press Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, Down, C-Down, Down, C-Down, Up, C-Up, Up, C-Up, B, A. Then hold Z and press Start. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
Big heads
When "Press Start" flashes on the title screen, press C-Down(2), C-Up(2), C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, B, A. Then hold Z and press Start. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of laughter.
Additional heads
Complete the International Cup at a difficulty setting of 4 or higher. Then, enter the player creation screen after the ending sequence. Press L at the head selection screen to find a screen of strange heads that may be used for your player.
Other head views
Enter the player creation screen or any point where a player is pictured. Then, hold C-Up and press Z, L, or R and the face will turn around.
Call a foul
When a player is tackled but does not fall, quickly hold the D-pad in any direction and press A + B + L + R. Alternatively, press C-Left + C-Right + C-Up + C-Down.
Player tricks
While playing a game, hold C-Left to perform various tricks, depending on the player.
