At the main menu, select the "Cheats" option, then enter "happycamper" as a code to unlock all single player levels.
All co-operative levels
At the main menu, select the "Cheats" option, then enter "wanderlust" as a code to unlock all co-operative levels.
All FMV sequences
At the main menu, select the "Cheats" option, then enter "filmcritic" as a code to unlock all FMV sequences.
